Research on Science and Technology Promoting Agriculture in Higher Agricultural Colleges

“三农”问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,推动高等农业院校科技兴农是实现“三农”协调发展的重要方略。介绍高等农业院校科技兴农工作运行方式,分析其科技兴农工作中存在的资金短缺、政策障碍、推广较难等问题,从构建政策支持、制度保障、组织运行保障、信息保障等方面提出解决对策。

The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is fundamental to the national economy and people's livelihood,and promoting the development of agriculture by science and technology in higher agricultural colleges is an important strategy to realize the coordinated development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.This paper introduces the operation mode of science and technology development in agricultural colleges and universities,analyzes the problems in science and technology development in agricultural colleges and universities,such as fund shortage,policy obstacle and difficulty in popularization,and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of policy support,system guarantee,organization operation guarantee and information guarantee.
