摘要
为使审批工作有序进行,应用信息化手段构建辽宁省城乡建设用地增减挂钩项目审批系统。介绍系统的构建目标、设计思路、关键技术、分系统主要功能和应用实践效果,为提高项目审批效率和规范土地资源管理提供参考。
In order to carry out the approval work in an orderly manner,the approval system of urban and rural construction land increase or decrease linked project in Liaoning Province is constructed by means of information technology.This paper introduces the construction goal,design idea,key technology,main function and application practice effect of the system,in order to provide a reference for improving the efficiency of project approval and standardizing land resource management.
