Redefinition and Discussion on Digital Economy

数字经济是一个被广泛使用的概念,但是其内涵和外延尚无一个清晰定义。通过梳理数字经济发展阶段中的主要里程碑,并在英国学者柏克特和希克斯研究的基础上,可尝试给数字经济一个准确定义;同时,厘清“信息化”与“数字化”的区别,对数字金融的发展进行展望。

Digital economy is a widely used concept,but there is no clear definition of its connotation and extension,which imposes a negative impact on the calculation of the digital economy and its development.First of all,by combing the main milestones in the development stage of digital economy and through the research of British scholars Burkett and Hicks,this paper tries to give an accurate definition to it.Secondly,the difference between informatization and digitalization is to be clarified.Finally,the development of digital finance is prospected in this paper.
