贵州新型城镇化与产业结构转型升级实证研究——基于耦合协调模型

An Empirical Study on New Urbanization and Industrial Structure Transformation and Upgrading in Guizhou——Based on Coupling Coordination Model

首先阐述新型城镇化与产业结构升级互动关系的理论机制,在此基础上以贵州省6个地级市为基本考察单元,基于2011年至2017年面板数据为基础,利用熵值法给定指标权重,构建耦合协调度模型进行测算。考察从“十二五”至“十三五”实施的7年间贵州省新型城镇化与产业结构升级之间的协调程度。研究结果发现:除省会贵阳市在城镇化与产业结构升级之间表现出良好协调性外,其他地级市的耦合协调度尚处于稳定阶段的初级协调阶段,且表现为城镇化滞后于产业结构升级,需要进一步优化协调。最后在实证研究基础上,提出新型城镇化背景下贵州产业结构转型升级的政策建议。

This paper expounds the theoretical mechanism of the interaction between new urbanization and industrial structure upgrading at the beginning.And then taking Guizhou Province as the target area with its 6 prefectures and cities as the basic investigation unit,this paper uses entropy method to give the index weight,and constructs a coupling coordination degree model for calculation based on the panel data from 2011 to 2017.After observing the coordination degree between new urbanization and the upgrading of industrial structure in this province within the 7 years from the 12th Five-Year Plan period to the 13th,this paper has revealed that,only Guiyang,the provincial capital city,showed good coordination between urbanization and industrial structure upgrading,while the coupling coordination degree of other prefecture-level cities was still in the initial coordination stage of stable stage,which indicates that urbanization lagged behind industrial structure upgrading,and further optimization and coordination were needed.Finally,on the basis of empirical research,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on the transformation and upgrading of Guizhou's industrial structure under the background of new urbanization.
