Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Patent Administrative Enforcement

我国的专利行政执法制度是专利保护的一项必不可少的制度,2020年,《中华人民共和国专利法》实施35周年之际,经历了几次修正的《专利法》对于专利行政执法也有相应调整,通过探讨专利行政执法的法律及现实依据,对其现状及对策问题作出简要分析。

China's patent administrative law enforcement system is an indispensible system for patent protection.The year 2020 is also the 35th anniversary of the implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China.The Patent Law,which has undergone several amendments,has also made corresponding adjustments to the administrative enforcement of patents.This paper takes the administrative enforcement of patents as the research object and tries to make a brief analysis of the current situation and countermeasures of the administrative enforcement of patents.
