风火联运经直流外送系统的次同步振荡抑制研究 被引量:1

摘要 风火能源联运经直流外送输电技术已成为解决远距离输电的理想解决方案,为抑制风火联运系统产生的多模态次同步振荡问题,挖掘含储能全控型柔性交流输电装置对次同步振荡的抑制能力,提出了一种基于储能型静止同步补偿器(STATCOM/BESS)的抑制方法。首先利用特征值分析法得到参与矩阵,根据STATCOM/BESS控制参数在各振荡模态下对应的参与因子,探究各控制参数在对各个振荡模态的影响当中所占比重;其次,利用STATCOM/BESS的电流解耦能力,在电流内环控制回路附加改进ADRC阻尼控制器抑制多模态振荡,并采用改进量子粒子群算法对控制器参数进行优化;最后,利用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证了方法的有效性及适应性,表明该抑制策略能够有效抑制风火能源联运经直流外送系统的次同步振荡问题,提高系统稳定性。 Wind-thermal power bundled system with HVDC external transmission technology has become an ideal solution for long-distance transmission.For suppressing the issue of multi-modal sub-synchronous oscillationgenerated by the wind-thermal power bundled system and excavating the suppression ability of fully-controlled flexible AC power transmission device with energy storage to the sub-synchronous oscillation,a kind of suppression method based on the STATCOM/BESS is proposed.Firstly,the participation matrix is obtained by the sue feature analysis method,the proportion of each control parameter in the influence of each oscillation modal is studied in accordance with the corresponding participation factors of each STATCOM/BESS control parameters in each oscillation mode.Secondly,the current decoupling capability of STATCOM/BESS is used,an improved ADRC damping controller is added to the current inner loop control loop to suppress multi-modal oscillationand the improved QPSO is used to coordinate and optimize the parameters of the additional damping controller.The validity and adaptability of the method are verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation,showing that the suppression strategy can effectively suppress the sub-synchronous oscillation of the DC delivery system and improve the operational stability of the system.
