我国区块链+供应链金融的发展:模式、挑战与对策

The Development of Blockchain+Supply Chain Finance in China:Modes,Challenges and the Countermeasures

近年来,区块链技术的出现尤其是与供应链金融的结合,有效地克服了传统供应链金融在信用机制方面的不足,形成了更富竞争力的区块链+供应链金融新形态,有力地缓解了中小微企业融资难题。本文总结并分析了区块链+供应链金融的四种主要模式,通过对比分析发现,实践中区块链+供应链金融依然面临形成“新的信息孤岛”、缺乏专业的区块链技术人才、区块链技术增加信任而不提供信用、给原有的供应链金融生态带来不利影响等挑战。应对挑战,进一步促进区块链+供应链金融的发展,需要推进历史业务数据上链,发挥上链历史业务数据的作用;打造开放的供应链金融平台,构建互联互通的平台生态;完善供应链平台法律法规,促进供应链金融健康发展。

In recent years,the combination of blockchain technology with supply chain finance has effectively overcome the deficiencies of traditional supply chain finance especially in terms of credit mechanism.And a more competitive new form of blockchain+supply chain finance was formed,which effectively reduced the financing difficulties of small,medium and micro enterprises.This paper summarizes and comparatively analyzes four main modes of blockchain-supply chain finance in China.It is found that the development of blockchain+supply chain finance still faces some challenges in practice such as:forming a"new information island",lack of professional blockchain technology talents,blockchain technology increasing trust without providing credit,and adverse effect on the original supply chain financial ecology.To cope with the challenges and further promote the development of blockchain+supply chain finance in China,it is necessary to strengthen the upload of historical business data,give play to the role of on-chain historical business data;we should build an open supply chain financial platform and form an interconnected platform ecosystem,perfect the laws and regulations of the supply chain platform to promote the healthy development of supply chain finance.
