摘要
为开发天然烟用香料,以黄皮作为试验原料制备得到黄皮提取物,应用于卷烟加香过程。试验考察黄皮果实不同部位、乙醇浓度对所得提取物样品卷烟加香效果的影响,利用GC-MS方法对样品挥发性成分进行分析,最终确定应用于卷烟加香的黄皮提取物的分离纯化工艺条件。结果表明:使用质量分数50%乙醇作提取剂提取去籽黄皮并优化精制的样品效果最佳,能够显著改善卷烟的品质,表现在与烟香协调、提升香气明亮度、柔绵细腻烟气、增加口腔津润感和回甜感。经GC-MS分析检测发现该黄皮提取物含有72种挥发性成分,主要有烯烃类24种、醛类16种、酯类10种、醇类7种、酮类5种,这些成分奠定了其改善卷烟评吸效果的物质基础。
In order to develop natural tobacco flavors,the extract of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels was prepared and applied to a cigarette flavoring process.The experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of different parts of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels and concentration of ethanol on the flavor-returning effect of the extracts.The volatile components of the samples were analyzed by GC-MS,and the separation and purification process conditions of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels extract applied to the cigarette flavoring were finally determined.The results showed that the best effects came from optimal refined extract of deseeded Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels by using mass fraction of 50%ethanol as the extractant.This extract can significantly improve the quality of the cigarette,and it was in harmony with the smoke,enhanced the light of aroma,softened the smoke tone,strengthened the oral moist feeling and sweetness.Seventy-two kinds of volatile components were identified in this extract by GC-MS,including 24 kinds of olefins,16 kinds of aldehydes,10 kinds of esters,7 kinds of alcohols and 5 kinds of ketones.These substances laid the practical foundation to improve the evaluation results of applied cigarette.
