中韩两国化妆品安全指标比较分析

Comparison and Analysis of Cosmetics Safety Indicators in China and South Korea

综述了中国和韩国对化妆品中禁限用物质的规定,从微生物和重金属等有害物质限量要求、禁用组分、限用组分、准用防晒剂、准用防腐剂、准用着色剂和准用染发剂七个方面比较了两国标准的差异和主要的区别所在。对比结果能为中国化妆品监管部门借鉴国外经验以及出口企业的产品合规提供参考,以期提升国产化妆品的质量与竞争力。

The regulations of China and South Korea on prohibited and restricted substances in cosmetics were reviewed,and the main differences between the standards of two countries were compared from seven aspects,including the limit requirements of harmful substances such as microorganisms and heavy metals,prohibited components,restricted components,permitted sunscreen,permitted preservatives,permitted colorants and permitted hair colorants.The results provided a reference for Chinese cosmetic regulatory agencies to learn foreign experiences and understand product compliance of exporting companies,so as to improve the quality and competitiveness of domestic cosmetics.
