我国石油进口依存度持续攀升的原因分析及对策研究

随着经济持续的中高速增长,我国石油进口量成倍增长,石油进口依存度持续攀升,严重影响到能源安全与国家安全,尤其制约着"中国制造2025"战略的实施。介绍我国石油进口及进口依存度的现状,分析进口依存度持续攀升的原因,并提出缓解我国石油进口依存度持续攀升的对策、建议。

With the development of economy,China’s oil import is increasing,the degree of dependence on oil import is continuously rising,It seriously affects China’s energy security and national security,especially restricts the implementation of"Made in China 2025".The paper introduces the status of China’s oil import and the status of import dependence,analyzes the reasons for the continuously rising dependence of China’s oil import,Finally,the measures for alleviating China’s dependence on oil import are porposed.
