Analysis of Luo Zhanglong’s Ideology of Labor Movement

中国共产党成立初期,党的工作重心是开展工人运动。罗章龙是这一时期的著名工运领袖之一。罗章龙的工运思想内涵丰富,是在他借鉴吸收共产国际、赤色工会国际和中共中央的相关指示精神的基础上,结合中国革命的实际开展革命工作的过程中逐渐形成的。其内容主要包括:对工人阶级和工人运动的正确认识,对资产阶级的各种错误思想进行批判,指导工人运动斗争的策略问题,对赤色工人运动进行宣传与开展,加强工人武装力量等方面。

In the early days of the founding of the Communist Party of China,the focus of the party’s work was to carry out the labor movement.Luo Zhanglong was one of the famous labor movement leaders of this period.Luo Zhanglong’s ideology of the labor movement is rich in content,which was gradually formed in the process of carrying out the revolutionary work based on the absorption of the relevant directive spirits of the Communist International,the Red Union International,and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Its contents mainly include the correct understanding of the working class and the labor movement,the critique of the various wrong ideas of the bourgeoisie,the strategic issues that guide the workers’struggle,the promotion and development of the red labor movement,and the strengthening of the armed forces of workers,etc.
