摘要
在CDIO工程能力需求和能力形成的基础上,融入了教学工厂(TF)理念,结合成熟度模型,设计基于TF-CDIO-CMM理念的新工科学生评价表格,运用层次分析法,建立学生评价指标的层次结构,确定评价内容各方面的权重,构建一种基于模糊数学定量的TF-CDIO-CMM评价模型,以提升新工科学生核心竞争力。
Based on the requirement and ability formation of CDIO engineering ability,the integration of the concept of teaching factory(TF)as well as the maturity model,this paper has designed the new engineering student evaluation form based on TF-CDIO-CMM concept.The analytic hierarchy process is applied,the hierarchical structure of student evaluation index is established,the weight of evaluation content is determined,and a TF-CDIO-CMM evaluation model is constructed so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the students.
