“产教融合”背景下国际经济与贸易专业“双师型”教师的培养困境与路径选择 被引量:3

摘要 世界经济的全球化正有力促进国际贸易的进一步发展,越来越多的企业跨出国门,直接引起了对外贸人才的需求热潮。为了培养符合用人单位实际需求的外贸人才,作为高校应该把立足点放在业务技能方面的培养上,这就对从事国际经济与贸易教学的教师提出了更高的素质要求。在产教融合背景下,建设国际经济与贸易专业"双师型"教师团队是适应培养新国际经济与贸易专业人才的有效途径,在分析国贸专业"双师型"教师培养存在的困境的基础上,结合产教融合的发展特点和趋势,提出培育国际经济与贸易专业"双师型"教师队伍的有效路径。 The globalization of the world economy is vigorously promoting the further development of international trade.More and more enterprises have gone abroad,which has directly caused an upsurge in the demand for foreign trade talents.In order to train foreign trade talents who meet the actual needs of the employers,colleges and universities should put their foothold on the training of business skills,which puts forward higher quality requirements for teachers engaged in international economy and trade.Under the background of the integration of labor and education,the construction of a"double-teacher type"teaching team for international trade majors is an effective way to adapt to the new training of international trade professionals.Based on the analysis of the difficulties existing in the training of"double-teacher type"teachers in international trade majors,the development characteristics and trends of the integration of labor and education are combined.This paper puts forward an effective way to cultivate the"double teacher type"teachers.
