职教老年服务与管理专业核心课程的教学改革探索

职教老年服务与管理专业核心课程改革就是要将核心课程与养老实践技能有机整合,将培养与实践融为一体,为养老服务机构培养高素质的综合性技术技能型人才。核心课程设计要遵循避开重复教学、追求课程理论与实践教学的协同效率的思路;要打破理论讲授为主的传统教学模式,要能高度凸显职业能力培养目标;充分利用校企合作形成的教学资源和实践资源,充分发挥学校实验实训室和校外实训基地各自的作用。同时,强化职业综合技术技能的培训,采用多元化的考核方式来激发学生的学习热情。

The core curriculum reform of senior service and management major(senior service major)in vocational education is to integrate the core curriculum with the practical skills for the elderly,integrate training and practice,and cultivate high-quality comprehensive technical and skilled talents for the elderly service institutions.The core curriculum design should follow the idea of avoiding repeated teaching and pursuing the collaborative efficiency of curriculum theory and practice teaching;break the traditional teaching model of theory teaching and highlight the goal of vocational ability training;make full use of the teaching resources and practice resources formed by school-enterprise cooperation,and give full play to the respective roles of the school experimental training room and the off campus training base.At the same time,we should strengthen the training of vocational comprehensive technical skills,and use a variety of assessment methods to stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning.
