Young teachers in colleges and universities are becoming the backbone of the teaching staff of colleges and universities,and their teaching ability level will directly affect the teaching quality of colleges and universities.The improvement of young teachers’teaching ability is the key to promoting the overall teaching quality and level of colleges and universities.This article first explores the specific status of the improvement of young teachers’teaching abilities in colleges and universities,and then analyzes the current main problems in the improvement of teaching abilities of young teachers in colleges and universities,and proposes related strategies to improve young teachers’teaching abilities:pre-job training,classroom practice,teaching competition,and teaching evaluation.
