Path Analysis of MPA Graduate Social Practice Research Capability Improvement

该研究通过发放问卷的方式,针对MPA研究生社会实践的重要性认识;参加社会实践的时间、空间和经费来源的意愿;社会实践的内容、准备、效果、结课方式;社会实践活动的组织和外部环境等进行分析,提出提升MPA研究生社会实践调研能力的对策:构建有利于社会实践调研能力培养的专业课程体系;改革MPA研究生培养模式;培养MPA研究生的主动意识和创新能力;把MPA研究生创新实践基地建设与自身社会实践调研资源结合起来;完善MPA研究生社会实践调研能力培养保障机制;创新"第二课堂",从而推动MPA研究生社会实践调研能力逐步提升。

This study was conducted by means of a questionnaire,aiming at the investigation of the importance of social practice of MPA graduate students,the willingness to participate in social practice in terms of time,space and funding sources,the content,preparation,effects and methods of class of social practice,the organization of social practice activities and the external environment,etc.The countermeasures to improve the MPA graduates’social practice research ability was put forward:constructing a professional curriculum system that is conducive to the cultivation of social practice research ability,reforming the MPA postgraduate training model,cultivating the initiative awareness and innovation ability of MPA graduate students,combining the MPA graduate innovation practice base and its own social practice research resources,perfecting the MPA graduate social practice research ability training guarantee mechanism,innovating the"second classroom",thereby promoting the progressive improvement of MPA graduate social practice research capabilities.
