“自信心”融入高职学生思政教育的路径研究——以浙江育英职业技术学院为例

摘要 职业教育作为高等教育的有效补充,已经占据高等教育的半壁江山。近年来,随着高职院校的不断扩招,一些问题也逐渐凸显出来。作为高考最后一批录取的学生,他们的成绩普遍偏低,生源类型多样,文化基础参差不齐。高职学生在以往学习过程中受挫较多,往往是被"边缘化"的学生,自信心与本科生相比相对不足。如何帮助高职学生树立自信心,是高职思政教育首要面临的问题。该文主要从高职学生的特点出发,进行学生自信心不足的成因分析,并提出在思政教育中提升学生自信心的路径,以促进高职学生全面发展,提高他们对于社会的适应能力和竞争力。 Vocational education,as an effective supplement to higher education,has occupied half of higher education.In recent years,with the increasing enrollment of higher vocational colleges,some problems have gradually emerged.As the last group of students admitted in the college entrance examination,their scores are generally low,with diverse sources of students and different cultural foundations.Students in higher vocational colleges are often"marginalized"students who suffered more setbacks in their previous learning process.Compared with undergraduates,their self-confidence is relatively insufficient.How to help higher vocational students build up self-confidence is the primary problem facing higher vocational ideological and political education.Based on the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the causes of students'lack of self-confidence,and proposes ways to improve students'self-confidence in ideological and political education,so as to promote the overall development of students in higher vocational colleges and improve their ability to adapt to the society and their competitiveness.
