基于首届全国空乘技能大赛赛项成绩的分析研究

摘要 为了更好地贯彻落实"以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改、以赛促建"的高职教育教学理念,该文对2019年首届全国航空职业院校空中乘务技能大赛决赛的赛项成绩进行了系统的分析研究,包括参赛人数分析、空中乘务赛项竞赛内容分析、赛项获奖队伍分析、各赛项成绩分析四个方面,进而从加强学生职业化形象教育、加强专业基础知识学习、加强实践实训环节教学、加强专业教师培养等四个方面提出了高职院校更好地参与全国空中乘务大赛的优化策略。 In order to better implement the higher vocational education teaching concept of"promoting teaching,learning,reform and construction through competition",this paper systematically analyzed and studied the final results of the first national aviation vocational college flight attendant skills competition in 2019,including the number of participants,the content of the flight attendant skills competition,the winning teams,and the results of each competition.At last,this paper put forward the optimal strategies for higher vocational colleges to better participate in the national flight attendant competition from four aspects:strengthening students’vocational image education,strengthening the learning of basic professional knowledge,strengthening the teaching of practical training,and strengthening the training of professional teachers.
