摘要 该文探究了几种鱼的胰岛素休克现象。将实验鱼放入不同浓度的胰岛素水溶液中,待出现惊厥时将鱼转至10%萄葡糖溶液中,观察其恢复情况。结果显示,在3IU/m L胰岛素溶液中,出现休克的时间分别为斑马鱼(66.78±6.80)min、麦穗鱼(39.33±8.35)min、中华鳑鲏(50.00±10.21)min;在4IU/m L胰岛素溶液中,出现休克的时间分别为斑马鱼(30.67±6.47)min、麦穗鱼(16.22±5.22)min、中华鳑鲏(15.86±9.70)min。每种实验鱼在3IU/m L和4IU/m L两种胰岛素溶液中出现休克的时间之间均存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。三种鱼都可作为胰岛素休克实验的实验材料。 The objective of this experiment is to explore the phenomenon of insulin shock in several kinds of fish.The experimental fish were put into different concentrations of aqueous insulin solution.When convulsions occurred,the fish were transferred to 10%glucose solution and their recovery was observed.According to the results,in 3 IU/mL insulin solution,the time of insulin shock for zebrafish,pseudorasbora parva and rhodeus sinensis gunther was respectively(66.78±6.80)min,(39.33±8.35)min,and(50.00±10.21)min;in 4 IU/mL insulin solution,the time of insulin shock for the three kinds of fish was respectively(30.67±6.47)min,(16.22±5.22)min,and(15.86±9.70)min.For each of the three kind of experimental fish,there was a very significant difference(P<0.01)in the time of insulin shock when it was put in 3 IU/mL and 4 IU/mL insulin solution.The three kinds of fish could all be used as experimental animals for insulin shock experiments.
