摘要
"生物技术大实验"课程是生物技术专业人才培养的重要课程。因其涉及各院校的特点、师资力量、办学条件等复杂情况,导致了该门课程的教学内容陈旧,教学方法单一和落后,存在诸多问题。将"基于CRISPR/Cas9系统的基因编辑实验"融入"生物技术大实验"的课程教学,该文着重介绍三年期间课程的开展过程,分享取得的经验,旨在打造全新的"生物技术大实验"课程教学内容,提升实验教学质量,培养具有独立思考能力和娴熟实验技能的优秀学生,希冀为全国开设"生物技术大实验"课程的院校提供参考。
Biotechnology Experiment course is an important course for the cultivation of professionals in biotechnology.Because of the complex conditions related to the characteristics,faculty,and schooling conditions of various universities,there are some problems,such as outdated teaching content,single and backward teaching methods,and other many problems.We incorporate the"gene editing experiment based on CRISPR/Cas9 system"into the course teaching of Biotechnology Experiment.The article focuses on the course development process over a three-year period,sharing lessons learned,and aims to create the new teaching content of Biotechnology Experiment course for improving the quality of experimental teaching,and cultivating excellent students with independent thinking ability and skilled experimental skills.Our teaching reform provides references for universities that offer the course of Biotechnology Experiment.
