黄熙理教授自拟寿胎系列方治疗胎动不安患者的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Professor Huang Xili's Self-made Shoutai Series Prescriptions in the Treatment of Patients with Fetal Restlessness

目的观察黄熙理教授自拟寿胎系列方治疗胎动不安患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月我院妇科收治的325例胎动不安患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为A组(225例)和B组(100例)。A组患者采用黄熙理教授自拟寿胎系列方治疗,其中根据辨证分型将采用寿胎Ⅰ号方治疗的115例脾肾两虚型胎动不安患者归为A1组,采用寿胎Ⅳ号方治疗的110例肾虚内热型胎动不安患者归为A2组;B组患者采用地屈孕酮治疗。比较A1组与A2组、A组与B组患者的临床疗效、A组与B组阴道出血停止时间及腹痛腰酸消失时间。结果A1组患者的治疗总有效率93.91%与A2组的93.63%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者的治疗总有效率为93.78%,高于B组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。A组患者的阴道出血停止时间(4.98±1.26)d、腹痛腰酸消失时间(4.48±1.23)d均明显短于B组的(6.65±1.52)、(5.92±1.28)d,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论黄熙理教授自拟寿胎系列方治疗胎动不安患者,能显著改善患者的阴道出血情况,有效缓解患者的临床症状、体征,疗效确切,使用安全。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Professor Huang Xili's self-made Shoutai series of prescriptions in the treatment of patients with fetal restlessness.Methods Selected 325 patients with fetal dysfunction who were admitted to the department of gynecology in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 as the research objects,and were divided into group A(225 cases)and group B(100 cases)according to different treatment methods.Patients in group A were treated with a series of Shoutai prescriptions formulated by Professor Huang Xili,among which 115 patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type fetal dysfunction who were treated with Shoutai No.1 prescription were classified as group A1 and treated with Shoutai No.4 prescription 110 cases of fetal dysfunction patients with kidney deficiency and internal heat were classified as group A2;patients in group B were treated with dydrogesterone.Compare the clinical effect of group A1 and group A2,group A and group B,the stop time of vaginal bleeding and the disappear time of abdominal pain and backache in group A and group B.Results Compared with the 93.63%of the A2 group,the total effective rate of the treatment of patients in group A1 was 93.91%,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in group A was 93.78%,which was higher than 82.00%in group B,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The stopping time of vaginal bleeding(4.98±1.26)d and the disappearing time of abdominal pain and backache(4.48±1.23)d in group A were significantly shorter than(6.65±1.52)and(5.92±1.28)d in group B,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Professor Huang Xili's self-made Shoutai series of prescriptions can treat patients with fetal movement,which can significantly improve the patient's vaginal bleeding,effectively relieve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs,with definite curative effect and safe use.
