综合治疗在社区老年高血压患者中的应用效果

Effect of Comprehensive Treatment on Elderly Patients with Hypertension in Community

目的探讨综合治疗在社区老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月辽宁省健康产业集团阜新矿站前医院收治的50例社区老年高血压患者作为对照组,给予常规治疗;选取同期50例社区老年高血压患者组作为试验组,给予综合治疗;比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组收缩压与舒张压水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组收缩压与舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组完全依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对社区老年高血压患者运用综合治疗能够取得较好的效果,进而显著改善患者的高血压症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment in elderly hypertensive patients in the community.Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,50 elderly hypertensive patients in the community who were admitted to the Fuxin Mine Station Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group were selected as the control group and were given conventional treatment,50 elderly hypertensive patients in the community during the same period were selected as the trial group,given comprehensive treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients was compared.Results Before treatment,the differences between the two groups of systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels were statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the complete compliance rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment for elderly hypertensive patients in the community can achieve better results,which can significantly improve the symptoms of hypertension and improve the quality of life of patients.
