螺旋CT联合X线诊断肠梗阻的临床价值

Application Value of Spiral CT Combined with X-ray in Diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction

目的观察螺旋CT联合X线在肠梗阻诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月在我院进行肠梗阻治疗的患者160例作为研究对象,根据不同的检查方式将患者分为参照组及研究组,每组80例。参照组实施单纯腹部X线检查,研究组实施螺旋CT联合X线检查。对比分析两组检查方式对肠梗阻、肠梗阻类型、肠梗阻致病原因的诊断准确率以及影像清晰度。结果研究组检查方式对肠梗阻、肠梗阻类型、肠梗阻致病原因的诊断准确率分别为93.75%、93.75%、93.75%,均显著高于参照组的77.50%、70.00%、70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组检查方式的影像清晰度为96.25%,显著高于参照组的83.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比单纯腹部X线检查,肠梗阻患者采取螺旋CT联合X线检查的疾病诊断准确率、影像清晰度更高,临床价值更显著。

Objective To observe the application value of spiral CT combined with X-ray in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods 160 patients with intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research object,and the patients were divided into reference group and research group according to different detection methods,with a total of 80 patients in each group.The control group received simple abdominal X-ray examination,while the research group received spiral CT combined with X-ray examination.Compare and analyze the diagnostic accuracy and image clarity of intestinal obstruction,types of intestinal obstruction,and causes of intestinal obstruction by the two inspection methods.Results The diagnostic accuracy rates of the study group’s examination methods for intestinal obstruction,types of intestinal obstruction,and causes of intestinal obstruction respectively were 93.75%,93.75%,and 93.75%,which were significantly higher than 77.50%,70.00%,and 70.00%of the reference group.It is statistically significant(P<0.05).The image clarity of the inspection method in the study group was 96.25%,which was significantly higher than the 83.75%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple abdominal X-ray examination,patients with intestinal obstruction using spiral CT combined with X-ray examination have higher disease diagnosis accuracy,higher image clarity,and more significant clinical value.
