肛垫悬吊手术在重度痔疮治疗中的效果和安全性分析

Effect and Safety Analysis of Anal Pad Suspension Operation in the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhoids

目的分析肛垫悬吊手术在重度痔疮治疗中的效果和安全性。方法选取2018年4月至2020年1月我院收治的70例重度痔疮患者,随机分为试验组35例、对照组35例,试验组予以肛垫悬吊手术治疗、对照组予以传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组创面愈合时间、住院时间、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对重度痔疮患者应用肛垫悬吊手术治疗,治疗效果显著,能有效降低术后并发症发生率,促使患者术后更快康复,用药安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect and safety of anal cushion suspension surgery in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 70 patients with severe hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into a test group of 35 cases and a control group of 35 cases.The test group was treated with anal cushion suspension surgery and the control group Treated with traditional external stripping and internal ligation to observe the therapeutic effect.Results The overall effective rate of the experimental group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group was 80.00%.Compared with the control group,the overall effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the experimental group had concurrent the incidence of symptoms was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the experimental group had shorter wound healing time and hospital stay,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores were lower than those of the control group the group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of anal cushion suspension surgery to patients with severe hemorrhoids has a significant therapeutic effect.It can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote faster recovery of patients after surgery,and reduce postoperative pain.The treatment effect is significant and the medication safety is more secure,worthy of promotion and application.
