摘要
目的观察心房颤动射频消融术治疗心脏搭桥合并心脏瓣膜手术患者的效果,分析其对心功能的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的心脏搭桥合并心脏瓣膜手术患者80例患者实施此次研究,根据入院时间分为两组各40例。观察组使用心房颤动射频消融术治疗,对照组使用药物治疗,比较两组患者临床效果及对心功能的影响。结果观察组主动脉阻断时间、住院时间、ICU入住时间、呼吸机使用时间与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组体外循环时间高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组心功能指标对比差异并不显著(P>0.05),治疗后观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,肺动脉收缩压(PASP)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心房颤动射频消融术用于心脏搭桥合并心脏瓣膜手术中疗效确切,有效改善患者心功能状况,加快患者康复进程。
Objective To observe the value of atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation in cardiac bypass and heart valve surgery,and analyze its impact on cardiac function.Methods Eighty patients who underwent cardiac bypass surgery and heart valve surgery in our hospital underwent the study.They started in January 2018 and ended in December 2018.They were divided into observation group and control group according to admission time.The observation group was treated with radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation,and the control group was treated with drugs.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the aortic block time,hospital stay,ICU stay time,and ventilator use time in the observation group(P>0.05).The extracorporeal circulation time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of cardiac structure indexes between the two groups before treatment was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the Left ventricular ejection fraction lvef of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the pulmonary systolic pressure(PASP)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation is effective for heart bypass combined with heart valve surgery,effectively improving the patient's cardiac function and speeding up the patient's recovery process.
