循证护理干预对心力衰竭患者治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响

Influence of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Heart Failure

目的分析心力衰竭患者接受循证护理干预对其治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的72例心力衰竭患者,分为对照组与试验组,每组36例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,试验组患者实施循证护理干预。对比两组患者的心功能恢复情况、治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果试验组患者6 min步行试验(6MWT)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。试验组患者治疗依从性为94.44%,其中完全依从22例,部分依从12例,不依从2例;对照组患者治疗依从性为77.77%,其中完全依从16例,部分依从12例,不依从8例;两组患者治疗依从性比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。试验组患者护理满意度为91.67%,其中非常满意21例,比较满意12例,不满意3例;对照组患者护理满意度为75.00%,其中非常满意15例,比较满意12例,不满意9例;两组患者护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论心力衰竭患者接受临床规范化治疗期间予以循证护理干预,对提高患者治疗依从性和护理满意度具有明显的效果,有利于改善患者的心功能指标,对促进患者康复具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention on treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 72 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and a test group,with 36 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the experimental group received evidence-based nursing intervention.Cardiac function recovery,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The 6-minute walk test(6MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)of the test group of patients were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The treatment compliance of patients in the test group was 94.44%,of which 22 were completely compliant,12 were partially compliant,and 2 were non-compliant;the treatment compliance of the control group was 77.77%,of which 16 were completely compliant,12 were partially compliant,and 8 were non-compliant.Comparing the treatment compliance of the two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction rate of the test group was 91.67%,of which 21 were very satisfied,12 were relatively satisfied,and 3 were dissatisfied;the control group was 75.00%,of which 15 were very satisfied,12 were relatively satisfied,and 9 were dissatisfied.Comparing the satisfaction of nursing care between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with heart failure during clinical standardized treatment has obvious effects on improving patients'treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,it is conducive to improving patients'cardiac function indicators,and is of great significance for promoting patients'rehabilitation.
