围手术期综合护理对急性胆囊炎患者预后的影响

Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing on Prognosis of Patients with Acute Cholecystitis

目的探讨围手术期综合护理对急性胆囊炎患者预后的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月沈阳市第四人民医院收治的60例急性胆囊炎患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取围手术期综合护理,比较两组术后一般情况、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及围手术期并发症。结果观察组首次下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、及住院时间均短于对照组(t=7.002、6.567、3.844、8.463,均P<0.001);观察组术后2~5 d的VAS评分均低于对照组(t=2.939、4.310、3.937、3.996,均P<0.05);观察组围手术期并发症发生率低于对照组(10.00%VS 43.33%,χ^2=9.725,P=0.002)。结论采取围手术期综合护理利于急性胆囊炎患者术后恢复。

Objective To inveatigate the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on the prognosis of patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,60 patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to Shenyang fourth people's hospital were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive perioperative care.The postoperative general conditions,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and perioperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first ambulation time,anal exhaust time,first defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(t=7.002,6.567,3.844,8.463,all P<0.001);at 2-5 day after operation in the observation group the VAS scores were lower than those of the control group(t=2.939,4.310,3.937,3.996,all P<0.05);the incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(10.00%VS 43.33%,χ^2=9.725,P=0.002).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing can promote the rapid recovery of patients with acute cholecystitis.
