摘要
目的探讨在临床护理工作中对初治肺结核病患者应用健康教育路径方案进行健康宣教的效果。方法将我院2016年2月至2018年8月的80例初治肺结核病患者随机分为两组,即常规组与健康教育路径组,常规组给予患者常规健康宣教,健康教育路径组遵照健康教育路径方案对患者进行健康宣教。对两组患者的健康教育知识掌握得分、生活质量评分、护理服务满意度评分进行比较。结果护理后,健康教育路径组患者健康教育知识掌握得分、生活质量评分、护理服务满意度评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论初治肺结核病患者应用健康教育路径进行宣教,可促进患者对结核病健康知识的掌握,提高患者的生活质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of health education path program on pulmonary tuberculosis patients in clinical nursing work.Methods Eighty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from February 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:routine group and health education path group.Routine group was given routine health education to patients,and health education path group was given health education to patients according to health education path program.The knowledge mastery rate of health education,quality of life score and satisfaction score of nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of health education knowledge mastery,quality of life scores,and nursing service satisfaction scores of patients in the health education path group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of health education for newly-treated patients with tuberculosis can promote patients'knowledge of tuberculosis health,improve their quality of life,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
