循证护理在心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者护理中的应用效果

Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients with Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Heart Failure

目的研究并评价循证护理在心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院于2017年1月至2019年3月这一时间段内接纳的心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者,共计84例进行研究,并根据抽签法将患者分成两个组别,每组例数均为42例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组应用循证护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组抢救成功率97.62%高于对照组76.19%,两组抢救成功率比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(83.33%)高于对照组(64.29%);两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);根据GQOL-74评分,观察组生活质量各项目(心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活)评分优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组满意度(95.24%)高于对照组满意度(71.43%);两组满意度比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者应用循证护理措施,在抢救和治疗方面均能取得显著效果,且可以提升患者生活品质,患者对护理效果更加满意,可以应用于临床。

Objective To study and evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure.Methods A total of 84 patients with myocardial infarction and heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected for the study,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the lottery method,with the number of cases in each group All were 42 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The rescue success rate of the observation group was 97.62%higher than that of the control group 76.19%.There was a significant difference in the rescue success rate between the two groups(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 83.33%higher than that of the control group 64.29%;the two groups were significant difference(P<0.05);according to GQOL-74 score,the scores of quality of life items(mental function,physical function,social function,material life)of the observation group are better than those of the control group,and there is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%higher than that of the control group 71.43%;there was a significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing measures for patients with myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure can achieve significant results in both rescue and treatment,and can improve the quality of life of the patients.The patients are more satisfied with the nursing effect and can be applied to the clinic.
