脑出血护理中临床护理路径的应用效果

Study on the Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Nursing of Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析脑出血护理中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月来我院就诊的100例脑出血患者为研究对象,依照患者就诊顺序,将其随机平均分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者接受常规化护理,观察组患者接受临床护理路径护理,分析两组结果。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者护理满意度、知识掌握率明显更高,P<0.05,观察组患者住院费用以及住院时间明显更少,P<0.05。干预前对照组患者Barther指数评分为(35.78±11.25)分,观察组为(35.62±10.24)分,两组患者Bartherl指数评分无明显差异,P>0.05。干预后对照组患者Barther指数评分为(47.24±15.36)分,观察组(77.82±10.05)分。相较于对照组,观察组干预后Barther指数分数明显高,P<0.05。结论对于脑出血患者来讲,在对其开展护理服务期间内,实施临床护理路径,效果良好,可促进患者疾病转归,提升护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in hemorrhage nursing.Methods One hundred cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients who visited our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of patients'visit,they were randomly divided into two groups,control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The subjects in the control group received conventional nursing,and those in the observation group received clinical nursing pathway nursing,and the results of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,nursing satisfaction and knowledge acquisition rate of subjects in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the cost and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the Barther index score of subjects in the control group was(35.78±11.25)points,and that of the observation group was(35.62±10.24)points.There was no significant difference in Bartherl index between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the Barther Index Score of the control group was(47.24±15.36),and that of the observation group was(77.82±10.05).Compared with the control group,the Barther Index Score in the observation group was significantly higher after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral hemorrhage,during the nursing service period,the application of clinical nursing path,can achieve satisfactory results.The use of this method is conducive to the overall promotion of patients'disease outcome,the active improvement of patients'nursing satisfaction,and the enhancement of patients'treatment effect.Therefore,it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
