舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用

Application of Comfort Nursing in Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的探讨舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法本组研究纳入80例股骨颈骨折患者,时间从2018年4月至2019年4月,随机分成两组,对照组(n=40)实施常规护理,研究组(n=40)在此基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组护理前后的不良心理改善情况,观察患者的并发症发生率,并评估患者的护理满意度。结果与护理前相比,护理后两组舒适护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组并发症发生率明显较低,护理满意度明显较高(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理应用于股骨颈骨折患者的护理中有助于缓解患者的负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort able nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods Eighty patients with femoral neck fracture were included in this group of studies from April 2018 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)received routine care,and the study group(n=40)on this basis,we implemented comfortable nursing,compared the poor psychological improvement of the two groups before and after nursing,observed the patient’s complication rate,and evaluated the patient’s nursing satisfaction.Results Compared with before nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the two groups after nursing after comfort care were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS of the study group the score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had a significantly lower complication rate and a significantly higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in the nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture is helpful to alleviate the negative emotions of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of further research and promotion in clinical practice.
