腹腔镜下良性卵巢肿瘤剔除术的手术护理配合

Laparoscopic Benign Ovarian Tumor Removal Surgery with Nursing Care

目的探讨腹腔镜下良性卵巢肿瘤剔除术的手术护理配合方法。方法将2016年8月至2018年5月140例良性卵巢肿瘤患者按就诊时间分为研究组与对照组,每组70例。两组患者均行腹腔镜下良性卵巢肿瘤剔除术,给予对照组患者传统的手术护理,给予研究组患者质量改进后的优质手术护理。比较两组患者手术相关指标和护理满意度。结果研究组患者术中输液量为(674.62±57.72)mL、手术时间为(48.25±9.35)min,明显少于对照组(952.26±60.26)mL、(50.25±8.14)min,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的麻醉时间为(60.46±14.45)min、术中出血量为(27.57±4.26)mL,对照组分别为(61.72±17.11)min、(28.47±4.10)mL,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术前访视评分为(8.33±1.25)分、心理护理评分为(7.56±1.38)分、服务态度评分为(8.04±1.62)分、人文关怀评分为(7.94±1.28)分,专业素养与技能评分为(9.04±1.36)分,明显高于对照组(6.35±1.62)分、(4.73±1.57)分、(6.94±1.39)分、(4.83±1.42)分、(7.94±1.55)分,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下良性卵巢肿瘤剔除术的手术护理中,加强护理质量持续性改进,能有效缩短手术时间,提高患者和医师的满意度。

Objective To explore laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor removal surgery with nursing methods.Methods One hundred and forty patients with benign ovarian tumor were randomly divided into two groups,70 patients in each group.Laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor removal was performed in both groups,and traditional surgical care was used in the control group,while the study group used quality improved surgical care.The operative indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,the intraoperative infusion volume was(674.62±57.72)mL,and the operative time was(48.25±9.35)min,which were significantly less than(952.26±60.26)mL,(50.25±8.14)min in the control group.The comparison were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anesthesia duration of the study group was(60.46±14.45)min,and the intraoperative blood loss was(27.57±4.26)mL,and which was respectively(61.72±17.11)min,(28.47±4.10)mL in the control group.The comparison were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the study group,team for preoperative visit score was(8.33±1.25)points,psychological nursing was(7.56±1.38)points,service attitude was(8.04±1.62)points,humanistic care for was(7.94±1.28)points,professional literacy and skills for was(9.04±1.36),significantly higher than(6.35±1.62)points,(4.73±1.57)points,(6.94±1.39)points,(4.83±1.42)points,(7.94±1.55)points in the control group.The comparison were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the surgical care of laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor removal,continuous improvement of nursing quality can effectively shorten the operation time and improve the satisfaction of patients and doctors.
