摘要
文章以慈溪市农村宅基地及住房确权登记发证工作作为案例,探讨了在地籍测量数据库建设方面运用GIS技术的情况.基于ArcGIS软件,对相关的数据进行采集,基于不动产权籍调查测绘体系,并且对于外业调查数据完成了入库的工作,完成了利用GIS软件技术,对地籍数据完成相关的管理.基于采取GIS软件,完成了地籍测量、权属调查系统,构建了同构数据的上传、下载,完成了便捷、可靠的数据管理的更新手段.
In this paper,Cixi rural homestead and housing registration and certification work as a case,discusses the application of GIS technology in cadastral survey database construction.Based on ArcGIS software,the relevant data are collected,based on the surveying and mapping system of real estate cadastral survey,and the warehousing work of field survey data is completed,and the relevant management of cadastral data is completed by using GIS software technology.Based on GIS software,the cadastral survey and ownership survey system is completed,and the upload and download of isomorphic data are constructed,and the convenient and reliable data management update means are completed.
