摘要
疫情期间,从"点对点"服务高校毕业生,到一系列稳就业、稳企、稳岗的政策出台.这些政策直指"六保"之首——"保就业",以"保"促"稳".教育部依托大学生就业网联合9家招聘机构,推出"24365校园招聘服务"活动;山东省人力资源和社会保障厅统一开设"就选山东"——山东高校毕业生求职招聘云平台,充分利用信息化、大数据开展就业工作.文章以山东华宇工学院依托就业管理系统,建立绿色校园招聘生态圈为实例,对高校就业信息化进行探索.
During the epidemic,from“point-to-point”service for college graduates,to a series of policies to steady employment,stable enterprise and stable post.These policies are aimed at ensuring employment,the first of the“six guarantees”,and promoting“guarantee of employment”through promoting“stability”with“guarantee”.The Ministry of Education launched the“24365 Campus Recruitment Service”with the help of college student employment website and 9 recruitment agencies.The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province has established a“Choose Shandong”——Shandong College graduates recruitment cloud platform to make full use of information and big data to carry out employment work.Based on the employment management system of Shandong Huayu University of Technology and the establishment of a green campus recruitment ecosystem as an example,this paper explores the employment informatization of colleges and universities.
