摘要
柔道属于技能主导类对抗性项目,对于运动员技术和体能要求都很高。普通的负荷和训练手段早就对高水平运动员的机体没有明显帮助,而比较高强度、专项化及个体化的练习才可以使他们得到提高,因为他们的专项成绩的提升越来越慢且艰难。运动员在赛场上进行直接的身体对抗,因此,较强的体能对于柔道运动员来说弥足珍贵,是取得突破的关键之一。体能的训练就是要很好地服务于专项,因此要认清项目规律,把握项目特点,寻找最好的体能训练方法,尤其专项体能训练方法是提高运动成绩的关键。
Judo is a skill-based confrontational project,which requires high technical and physical requirements for athletes.Ordinary load and training methods have long been of no obvious help to the body of high-level athletes,but relatively high-intensity,specialized and individualized exercises can make them improve,because their special performance improvement is more and more slow and difficult.Athletes perform direct physical confrontation on the arena.Therefore,strong physical fitness is invaluable for judo athletes and is one of the keys to achieving breakthroughs.Physical training is to serve special events well.Therefore,it is necessary to recognize the rules of the project,grasp the characteristics of the project,and find the best physical training method,especially the special physical training method is the key to improve athletic performance.
