基于“新课标”的安徽省中小学体育与健康课程实施效果研究

A study on the Implementation Effect of Physical Education and Health Curriculum in Primary and Secondary Schools Based on the"New Curriculum Standard"

《普通高中体育与健康课程标准(2017年版)》在继承和坚持体育与健康课程以"健康第一"为指导思想、"以学生发展为中心"的理念上,确立了体育与健康学科核心素养,从运动能力、健康行为和体育道德三方面建立新颖的课程内容体系和学业质量,明确了不同年级学生3个方面核心素养的发展预期,指出了不同年级学生应达到的学业质量水平。在此目标的引领下,对安徽省中小学体育与健康课程实施效果进行研究具有重要意义,有助于推进基于"新课标"的中小学体育与健康课程学业质量评价体系的构建,有助于完善安徽省中小学阶段体育与健康课程标准,有助于丰富安徽省体育与健康课程理论体系和评价体系。

The curriculum standard of physical education and health in senior high school(2017 Edition)inherits and insists on the"heal the first"as the guiding mind,and establishes the core quality of the subject of physical education and health on the concept of"student development as the center",and builds a new curriculum content system and academic quality from three aspects,such as,sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.It also makes the development expectation of the key competences in three aspects clearly for different grade students,and it also points out the level of academic quality that students in different grades should achieve.Under the guidance of this goal,it has the great significance in the implementation effect of physical education and health curriculum in primary and secondary schools in Anhui Province,which is helpful to promote the construction of the evaluation system of the academic quality of physical education and health curriculum in primary and secondary schools based on the"New Curriculum Standard",and it also improves the physical education and health curriculum standard in primary and secondary schools and enriches the theoretical system and evaluation system in Anhui Province.
