摘要
提高配电自动化水平是建设坚强智能电网的关键之一。针对目前配电自动化系统缺乏相关检测技术以及实际运行管控的现状,建立了配电自动化系统运行状态评估的层次化体系。从正常运行情况下SCADA评估指标以及故障状态下的馈线自动化评估指标两个方面展开,通过层次分析法计算一、二级指标所占权重,提出运行状态的综合评估分数计算方法,为配电自动化系统运行状态评估提供依据。以上海市配电自动化系统为研究对象进行运行状态评估分析,证明该方法的有效性。
Improving the level of distribution automation is one of the keys to building a strong smart grid.Aiming at the current lack of relevant detection technology and actual operation and control of power distribution automation system,this paper establishes a hierarchical system for evaluating the running state of distribution automation system.From two aspects of SCADA evaluation index under normal operation condition and feeder automation evaluation index under fault condition,the weight of first and second level indexes is calculated by AHP,and the calculation method of comprehensive evaluation score of operation state is proposed,which provides basis for operation state evaluation of distribution automation system.Taking the distribution automation system in Shanghai as the research object,the operation status evaluation analysis is carried out,and the effectiveness of the method is proved.
