斑点追踪技术在射血分数保留的心力衰竭中的研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 随着人口老龄化加剧,射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFPEF)患病率呈逐渐上升趋势,且由于目前对该病的诊断程序复杂,缺乏有效的治疗干预措施,给临床及时、有效管理该类患者带来巨大挑战。随着超声新技术的不断更新,尤其是斑点追踪技术在HFPEF中的应用研究,为未来早期诊断、评估HFPEF提供了有效的临床参考价值。本文就斑点追踪技术在HFPEF中的研究现状进行综述。 The prevalence of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFPEF)is gradually increasing with the aging population.It is a huge challenge for clinicians to manage such patients timely and effectively,because of the complicated diagnosis procedure and lacking of effective interventions.However,the updating of new ultrasound technology,especially the research of speckle tracking technology in HFPEF,may provide effective clinical reference value for early diagnosis and evaluation of HFPEF in the future.This paper reviews the research status of speckle tracking technology in HFPEF.
