摘要
创新能力的培养对于经济繁荣、组织发展与个体成长非常重要,而人力资本开发与组织及个人创新密切相关。在课程思政背景下,采用混合式教学模式并将培养学生的创新能力作为“薪酬管理”课程的优先目标,凭借转变教学理念、改善教学内容与提高教学水平等途径提升学生的人力资本价值,从而满足当代社会对创新型人才的迫切需求。
The cultivation of innovation ability is very important for economic prosperity,organization development and individual growth,and human capital development is closely related to organizational and individual innovation.In the context of ideological and political education,the blending learning mode should be adopted and the training of students'innovative ability should be the priority of the compensation management course.The value of students'human capital can be improved by changing the teaching concepts,improving the teaching content and improving the teaching levels,eventually to meet the urgent demand of the contemporary society for the innovative talents.
