摘要
本文研究了婴儿配方乳粉干法生产工艺所用主要原辅料的物理特性,分析了5批次商业化生产线制备的婴儿配方乳粉的混合均匀性。结果表明,婴儿配方乳粉混合均匀性与原辅料粉体的压缩度、休止角、粒度分布等密切相关,具体表现为低压缩度与低休止角有利于粉体混合均匀,而微粉颗粒与粗粉颗粒均不利于粉体混合均匀。
The physical properties of the main raw and auxiliary materials used in dry production of infant formula and the mixing uniformity of infant formula prepared in 5 batches of commercial production line were studied.The results showed that the mixing uniformity of infant formula was closely related to the compression degree,repose angle and particle size distribution of the raw and auxiliary powders used.Pow⁃ders with low compression degree or repose angle increased the mixing uniformity of infant formula,while powders with fine particle or coarse particle decreased the mixing uniformity of infant formula.
