本文结合新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间企业防控的具体要求展开论述,介绍了复工前防控准备,包括成立应急小组、制订复工方案及防控措施等,列举了口罩、体温计、消毒剂等的选择及使用,介绍了隔离区域设置及工厂环境消毒等具体要求。同时综述了复工后人员、食堂、仓库等具体场所的防控要求,总结了复工企业出现疑似病例的具体处理流程及处置措施,相关要求对食品生产企业复工具有较好指导意义。

Protection and control measures for food production enterprises are discussed in this paper,from the preparation of personnel and materials before reemployment,the disinfection of working environment and the control of personnel and environment after returning to work.
