非均布13点激光路面车辙检测偏移误差分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究多点激光检测车横向偏移对不同形态车辙深度检测偏移误差的影响,采用非均布13点激光检测设备获取110组实测车辙横断面数据,基于MATLAB软件开发了车辙横向偏移误差计算程序,针对有隆起和无隆起2类典型车辙横断面形态,考虑了2个偏移方向和3个偏移距离的影响,分析了偏移前后车辙深度测量误差变化规律及其对严重等级判定结果的影响。研究结果表明:随着偏移距离不断增大,无隆起车辙的车辙深度逐渐减小,有隆起车辙的车辙深度先减小后增大;当偏移距离从100-500 mm时,73.4%的无隆起车辙严重等级被低估,有隆起车辙分别最大有31.0%和25.9%的严重等级被高估或低估。 In order to study the influence of the lateral offset of multi-point laser detection vehicles on the deviation errors of rut depth detection in different forms, a non-uniformly distributed 13-point laser detection device was used to obtain 110 sets of measured rut cross-section data. The rut lateral offset error was developed based on MATLAB A calculation program for the two types of typical rut cross sections with and without bulge, considering the effects of two offset directions and three offset distances, and analyzing the variation rule of rut depth measurement error before and after offset and its determination of severity level Impact of results. The results show that as the offset distance increases, the depth of the rut without bumps gradually decreases, and the depth of the rut with bumps decreases first and then increases;when the offset distance ranges from 100 mm to 500 mm, 73.4% The rut severity level is underestimated, with the highest rut severity levels being 31.0% or 25.9%, respectively.
