An Analysis of Trio-Dimensions of Basic-level CPC Organizations Construction in Colleges and Universities in New Era

文章聚焦逻辑、价值与实践三个维度,阐述高校基层党组织建设是理论、历史和实践逻辑的统一,要以政治引领举旗定向,组织引领统筹全局,育人引领坚守使命,进而提出突出政治功能、提升组织力和落实标准化制度化建设等加强高校基层党组织建设新举措的实践路径,切实增强新时代高校基层党组织的凝聚力和战斗力,为落实立德树人根本任务提供坚强保障。

Focusing on the trio-dimensions of the logic,the value and the practice,this paper elaborates that the construction of the basic-level CPC organizations in colleges and universities is the logical unification of the theory,the history and the practice,with the political guidance as the leadership,the organizational guidance as the overall planning and the educational guidance as mission fulfilling.It then puts forward the practice paths of new measures for the enhancement of basic-level CPC organizations in colleges and universities,including highlighting political functions,strengthening organizational power and implementing the construction of standardization and institutionalization,as to effectively reinforce the cohesion and combat strength of basic-level CPC organizations in the New Era,and provides an effective guarantee for the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation.
