金融发展、地方政府干预与民企集聚

Financial Development,Local Government Intervention and Private Enterprise Agglomeration

民企分布与金融发展有一定相关性。金融政策方面,无论是地方政府的干预化还是金融的市场化,金融发展都可以促进民营企业的集聚。但从长期看,地方政府的干预减弱了金融发展的作用,金融市场化则能够强化金融发展对民企的促进效应。在金融政策方面应该减少地方政府对金融的干预,加快金融市场化改革,建设法治环境,激励企业积极创新,从而促进民企发展。

The distribution of private enterprises has a certain correlation with financial development,which is manifested in financial policy.Financial development can promote the agglomeration of private enterprises regardless of the intervention of local government or the marketization of finance;but in the long run,the intervention of local government weakens the function of financial development,while the marketization of finance can strengthen the promotion effect of financial development on private enterprises.In the aspect of financial policy,it is suggested that the local government should reduce the financial intervention,accelerate the financial market-oriented reform,build a legal environment,encourage enterprises to innovate actively,form a good innovation atmosphere,and promote the development of private enterprises.
