摘要
本文设计合成了一种以苯并噻唑衍生物为母体的探针L,表征了L的结构.探针L在THF/H2O(4/6,v/v,PBS 20 mM,pH=8.6)溶液中对Pd^2+具有高度选择性识别作用,且识别响应快速,抗干扰能力强,检测限低至1.23×10-8 M.机理研究表明,在Pd^2+的作用下,L中炔丙基醚发生断裂并释放出具有激发态分子内质子转移(ESIPT)性质的近红外发射荧光团.此外,探针L还可用于真实水样中Pd^2+的检测,具有潜在的应用价值.
A probe L based on benzothiazole derivative was designed and synthesized,and the structure of L was characterized.In THF/H2O(4/6,v/v,PBS 20 mM,pH=8.6)solution,probe L displays high selectivity toward Pd^2+with some advantages including rapid response,good anti-interference ability,and a detection limit as low as 1.23×10-8 M.The mechanism study shows that in the presence of Pd^2+,the propargyl ether in L breaks and releases a near-infrared emitting fluorophore with excited state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT)property.In addition,probe L can also be used to detect Pd^2+in real water samples,indicative of its potential applicability.
