运城市小型房地产中介的发展对策研究

随着近年来热门城市房地产销售严控措施的相继出台,各中介机构陆续入住三四线城市以寻找新的市场,运城市房地产中介市场竞争因此骤然升温。论文在充分调研基础上,通过PEST方法分析运城市房地产中介市场的市场容量、发展潜力、对小型中介公司的友好程度及未来机遇;利用SWOT方法,找出本土小型中介公司的优势利弊和发展机遇,提出适合其发展的组合战略和对策。

In recent years,with the introduction of strict real estate control measures in large cities,the intermediary agencies are generally outflow to find new markets.Affected by this,the major real estate intermediary companies have moved into the third and fourth tier city market,and the real estate intermediary market competition in Yuncheng City has also begun to heat up suddenly.Through PEST research method,this paper analyzes the development potential of Yuncheng real estate intermediary market and the future opportunities for small intermediary companies.Through full investigation and research,using SWOT analysis method,this paper finds out the advantages,disadvantages and development opportunities in the development process of local small real estate intermediary companies,and then puts forward the combination strategy and countermeasures suitable for their development.
