摘要
中国能源短缺,水资源分布不均匀,为了开发水能,我国建设了大量水库等水利工程建设。随着时间的发展,有很多水库已经损坏甚至发挥不了作用。2020年,我国洪涝地质灾害多,入汛以来,湖北、江西、广西等地中小型水库和圩垸发生了多起滑坡、垮塌、管涌、渗漏险情,影响着人们的生命安全。所以,一定要重视水库的工程管理工作,完善传统的水库工程管理机制,融入大数据、云计算等现代化信息技术,促进水库数据的抓取,促进水库动态监控、监测及应急处置的发展,令水库工程创造应有的价值,推进水库工程的科学发展。本文将立足水库工程管理信息化建设实践,就其问题展开探讨,并提出加强制度建设、注重顶层设计,加强硬件投入、完善软件体系,加强信息化培训、推进新技术的应用等积极的改进对策和建议。
China is short of energy and the distribution of water resources is not uniform.In order to develop water energy,China has built a large number of reservoirs and other water conservancy projects.With the development of time,many reservoirs have been damaged or even useless.In 2020,there are many geological disasters of flood and waterlogging in China.Since the beginning of flood,many landslides,collapses,pipe gushes and leaks have occurred in small and medium-sized reservoirs and polders in Hubei,Jiangxi,Guangxi and other places,affecting people's life safety.So,we must attach great importance to the project management of reservoir,we will improve the mechanism of traditional reservoir project management,integrated into the large data,cloud computing and other modern information technology,and promote the reservoir data capture,promote the development of the reservoir dynamic monitoring,monitoring and emergency disposal,create due to reservoir project value,promote the development of reservoir engineering science.Based on the practice of reservoir project management information construction,this paper discusses its problems,and puts forward positive improvement countermeasures and Suggestions,such as strengthening system construction,paying attention to top-level design,strengthening hardware investment,perfecting software system,strengthening information training,and promoting the application of new technology.
