摘要
传统生产厂排气烟道在日常使用中易造成烟尘的累积,并且效率低下。本文探讨设计了一款可变截面截面导流装置,设置于塔底,当锅炉或烧结机低负荷运行时,可以通过调整导流装置,减小原有塔底截面,以达到提高流速、不发生落灰的目的。
Traditional factory exhaust flue in daily use is easy to cause the accumulation of smoke and dust,and low efficiency.This paper discusses the design of a variable section section guide device,which is set at the bottom of the tower.When the boiler or sintering machine is running under low load,the guide device can be adjusted to reduce the original section at the bottom of the tower,so as to increase the velocity of flow and avoid ash falling.
