一种智能输电线路发热带电处理装置

摘要 带电装卸线夹是电工在操作之中常用到的分流安装工具,在电网的安装与对输电线路发热故障处理中有着重要的作用,传统的带电装卸线夹没有电流测量单元操作者无法掌握分流电流信息,且在使用时需要使用者进行手工锁紧,但这样不仅费时费力还会增加操作人员的触电几率。本文对传统的带电装卸线夹进行了全面智能化改进,设计出可实时检测电流和具有远程遥控自动锁紧功能的智能带电装卸线夹,能在减少作业步骤提高作业效率的同时保障作业人员的安全。 charged handling clamp is of shunt installation tools used by electricians in the operation,in the installation of the power grid with fever on transmission line fault has an important role in processing,the traditional electric loading and unloading of clamp without current measurement unit operator cannot grasp the shunt current information,and users need to manually lock when use,but it is not only time-consuming to operators also increases the chance to get an electric shock.In this paper,the traditional live loading and unloading wire clip is improved in an all-round way,and the intelligent live loading and unloading wire clip with real-time detection of current and remote automatic locking function is designed,which can reduce the working steps and improve the working efficiency while ensuring the safety of workers.
