浅谈基层水利工程管理中存在的问题及改进措施

水利工程作为推动国民经济的民生工程之一,在预防洪涝灾害以及合理调配水资源等方面发挥了重要作用,而近年来随着其建设规模和数量的持续增加,为确保工程运行效益的最大化发挥,确保基层水利工程管理工作落实到位。为此本文主要立足基层水利工程管理的现实意义,并针对管理过程中存在的问题提出了相应的优化策略。

water conservancy project as one of promote the people's livelihood project of the national economy,in the prevention of floods and reasonable deployment of water resources has played an important role,and in recent years,with the size and the number continues to increase,its construction in order to ensure the project running benefit maximization,put in place to ensure basic water conservancy project management work.Therefore,this paper mainly bases on the practical significance of grassroots water conservancy project management,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies for the problems existing in the management process.
